The parameters in the band-anticrossing model for In x Ga1−x N y P1−y before and after annealing

Abstract: We investigate the parameters in the band-anticrossing (BAC) model for GaNP and InGaPN in this work. The parameters in the BAC model for GaNP and InGaNP are obtained by fitting experimental data. It is found that the band gap bowing of InGaNP is stronger than that of InGaNAs. The effects of annealing on the parameters in the BAC model for InGaNP are also discussed in this work. In addition, the origins for improving luminescence efficiency by annealing are explained. It is relative to the forming of more In-N … Show more

“…Notably, although the specific dependence of the SRRS blue side lineshapes on the RP wavelength and absorption spectrum has been recently addressed, [55][56][57] the nature of the spectral profiles in the red side of an SRRS spectrum is currently debated. [44,[57][58][59] In particular, the presence of peak shifts and dispersive shapes under distinct electronic excitations in deoxy myoglobin. The 7 band is coupled to the Soret electronic transition, and hence, efficient coherent stimulation of this mode is achieved by the joint action of a ∼440 nm Raman pulse and a redshifted probe pulse.…”

“…As a basic physical property of solids, low-temperature heat transport has recently attracted much attention in the study of spin systems. [25][26][27][28][29][30][31] First, it is a useful probe of many kinds of elementary excitations such as phonon, magnon, and spinon. [32][33][34] In the long-rangeordered magnetic insulators, magnons can act as heat carriers or phonon scatterers and thus affect the thermal conductivity.…”

“…Examples include azoarenes, stilbenes, spiropyrans and dithienylethenes (Figure 2). [12] Photoswitches have gained considerable interest within materials science owing to their differing structural changes and physicochemical properties upon isomerisation, with applications spanning photoresponsive organic cages, [13][14][15] MOFs, [16] ionic liquids (ILs) [17,18] and liquid crystals. [19] Indeed, such property changes have recently been exploited to generate photoresponsive PLs.…”
