The Paradoxical Use of the Term Sulh: An Analytical Study from Quranic Perspective

Abstract: Dispute resolution systems are broadly divided into two sides namely Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDRS) and Non-Judicial Dispute Resolution Systems (NJDRS).
