Abstract:This study investigates the paradoxical relationship between economic growth, specifically the expansion of Zhejiang Province's Gross Domestic Product of the Second Industry (GDPSI), and air quality. Despite a significant increase in Total Industrial Exhaust Emissions(TIEE),The data shows that the proportion of days with air quality at or above Level 2(PDAQ2) has not deteriorated despite the increase in TIEE.
