Abstract: The overlap rate has a significant impact on the quality and performance of laser cladding coatings. In order to prepare high wear-resistant laser cladding coatings. Single and multi-pass Fe-Ni-Ti composite coatings were prepared on the surface of 45 steel using a semiconductor laser.
