The optimal period of Ca-EDTA treatment for parthenogenetic activation of porcine oocytes during maturation culture

Abstract: The changes triggered by sperm-induced activation of oocytes, which are required for normal oocyte development, can be mediated by other agents, thereby inducing the parthenogenesis.
