The optimal control problem with p-degree quality functional

Abstract: AbetractThe optimal control problem with linear object equation and the quality functional containing pdegree component is under consideration. The existence and uniqueness of the optimal process is proved. The universal regulator is constructed through equations with partial derivatives similar to Lur'je-Riccatti equations. The case of harmonical obstacle is specified.
