The office management of ejaculatory disorders

Abstract: Premature ejaculation (PE), delayed ejaculation (DE), anejaculation (AE) and retrograde ejaculation (RE) are four main ejaculatory disorders (EjDs) observed in clinical practice. Despite their high prevalence, EjDs remain underdiagnosed and undertreated. Primary care physicians should incorporate the discussion of sexual health topics into routine visits to facilitate EjD diagnosis and treatment.
