Abstract:The NSF supported New York City Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (NYC LSAMP) Bridge to the Doctorate (BTD) at the City University of New York (CUNY) had an objective to recruit and retain recent NYC LSAMP STEM graduates into a research/academic career that leads to the completion of a Ph.D. degree at CUNY or at other doctoral granting institutions.
