The neuron-specific chromatin regulatory subunit BAF53b is necessary for synaptic plasticity and memory

Abstract: Recent exome sequencing studies have implicated polymorphic BAF complexes (mammalian SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complexes) in several human intellectual disabilities and cognitive disorders.
