The NEORSD's Progressive Approach for Sustainable Biosolids Management

Abstract: In January 2005, the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District's (NEORSD's) Board of Trustees approved a long-term Residuals Management Plan for its three wastewater treatment plants.
