The neon-neon interatomic potential from a study of the liquid-vapour isotope separation factor

Abstract: The isotope separation factor between liquid and vapour is used to discriminate between different proposed interatomic potentials for neon. Multi-body interactions are included in the calculation of liquid-state properties. It is found that the ESMSV Ill potential gives the best representation of the isotope separation factor, and is probably the most realistic neon potential yet proposed,
