The mutational landscape of single neurons and oligodendrocytes reveals evidence of inflammation-associated DNA damage in multiple sclerosis

Abstract: Neuroinflammation has been linked to DNA damage in multiple sclerosis (MS), but its impact on neural cell genomes at nucleotide resolution is unknown.
