The Most Common Sports Injuries among Aerobics Practitioners in Jordan 2017

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the most common sports injuries among practitioners of aerobics in Jordan, and to identify areas of the most prone to injury and their causes. The randomly selected sample (n=350) consisted of females practitioners of aerobics at the fitness centers in Amman-Jordan, where (180) participants were having injuries.
