The modern state and prospects of development of endoscopic otosurgery

Abstract

Внедрение за последние десятилетия современной эндоскопической технологии в клиническую оториноларингологию позволило значительно расширить практические возможности эндоскопических операций при некоторых заболеваниях уха и тем самым способствовало развитию приоритетного направления-эндоскопической отохирургии. Актуальность использования эндоскопических методов в отохирургии во многом определяется возможностью получения оптимальной визуализации с увеличением изображений анатомических структур среднего и внутреннего уха, недостаточно обозримых при прямой микроскопии через операционный микроскоп, а также проведения качественной элиминации очагов поражения из областей, являющихся труднодоступными при выполнении отомикрохирургической операции (ОМО).
