The Moderating Role of Team Climate between Servant leadership, Employee Ambidexterity and Work Performance

Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to empirically test the moderating role of team climate between servant leadership, employee ambidexterity and work performance. Data were collected from 180 teachers working in different schools in Punjab, Pakistan. The sample was drawn using the convenience sampling technique.
