The Moderating Role of Psychological Empowerment on the Relationship between Individualism-Collectivism perceptions and Burnout of Teachers

Abstract: Many studies revealing that sociocultural norms affect teachers' perceptions and behaviors lead us to question the role of different variables in the perception of burnout.
