The microsphere technique in anaesthetized and awake pregnant guinea‐pigs: reproducibility of repeated blood flow measurements

Abstract: Repeated microsphere injections are extensively employed for measurements of uteroplacental blood flows in experimental animals. However, this technique has not been systematically validated in pregnancy.
