The Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy Between Emotional Intelligence and Employees' Creativity

Abstract: Employees' creativity has been an area of concern in the public healthcare sector of Balochsitan, Pakistan. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effect of emotional intelligence on employees' creativity through self-efficacy.
