The Mediating Effect of Normative Commitment on the Relationship Between Ethical Climate and Quality of Work Life Among Public Elementary School Teachers

Abstract: This study investigated the mediating effect of normative commitment on the relationship between ethical climate and quality of work life among 300 Division of Davao del Sur teachers using a non-experimental quantitative descriptive-correlational research design.
