The Mediate Effect of Trust on Organizational Online Knowledge Sharing: An Empirical Study

Abstract: This study proposes a conceptual structural equation model to investigate the relationships among knowledge management system quality, employee computer attitude, trust at workplace and online knowledge sharing.
