The Measurement of Housing Preferences in the Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract: The paper focuses on an adaptation of the AHP method to elicit housing preferences on the rental market. To assess the applicability of the AHP method for residential market analyses, a survey was conducted on a group of students from Cracow University of Economics, Poland.
