Lin et al 6 explained that SA is mainly manifested in four aspects: (1) obsessive phone use, (2) tolerance or longer and more intense use, (3) withdrawal or feelings of agitation or suffering without the phone, and (4) functional impairment or interference with other life activities and face-to-face social relationships.
