The Malaysian Workplace Bullying Index (MWBI): A new measure of workplace bullying in Eastern countries

Abstract: Workplace bullying is a significant cause of stress at work. Existing studies, primarily based on Western-oriented frameworks and instruments, have largely overlooked the role of culture.
