The lowest point of fibula (LPF) could be used as a reliable bony landmark for arthroscopic anchor placement of lateral ankle ligaments ----compared with open Broström procedure

Abstract: Background Arthroscopic technique procedures was wide accepted for the treatment of chronic ankle instability (CAI). But little acknowledge was involved to the bony landmarks and anatomic features of different bundles of lateral ligaments under arthroscopic view.
