Abstract: The efficacy and safety of nilotinib in pediatric patients with imatinib/dasatinib resistant/intolerant (R/I) or newly diagnosed (ND) Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP) was demonstrated in the phase II, open-label DIALOG study.
