The Limiting Storage Life of Perishables During Joint Transportation

Abstract: Abstract:The article presents the research results of the optimal storage period for perishable products, which require specific thermal and temperature-humidity conditions, during joint transportation. A new classification to group perishable products that are subject to joint transportation by moisture and water activity is proposed.
