Abstract:Listeria monocytogenes is a common bacterium due to its high adaptability. The pathogen can survive in adverse conditions, making monitoring very difficult. Listeria monocytogenes belongs to the Gram-positive group of bacteria that are relatively anaerobic and exhibit a characteristic tipping movement.
