The Leadership Style of Kiai Manshur in Forming Anfa’linnas Students

Abstract: Objective: This study explores the characteristics and leadership style of kiai (boarding school leader and Islamic teacher) Manshur as a leader in the pondok pesantren (Islamic boarding school) that he fostered.
