The Leadership Gym: A Proposed Undergraduate Leadership Programme for Generation Z

Abstract

Two of the main characteristics of generation Z (Gen-Z), those born after 1995, are being highly kinetic hands-on learners as well as being digitally 'hyperconnected' since birth, both of which have in turn led to their attainment of super-fast, six-second visual information gathering capability (
