Suicidal ideation, parenting style, and family climate among Hong Kong adolescents

Suicidal children have been found to suffer from social neglect (Peck, 1983), and social isolation (Martin & Dixon, 1986), and to experience a dissolution of close and meaningful relationships (Curran, 1986). Indifferent parents cannot provide a close and meaningful relationship with their children.…”

Loneliness in Relation to Suicide Ideation and Parasuicide: A Population‐Wide Study
