Abstract: Terorisme telah menjadi ancaman global sejak tragedi 9/11. Di Indonesia, aksi terorisme telah menjadi perhatian besar di antara banyak pemangku kepentingan pemerintah Indonesia terutama pasca peristiwa Bom Bali di awal tahun 2000-an.
