The Job Self-Efficacy and Job Involvement of Clinical Nursing Teachers

Abstract: This paper explored the present status of self-efficacy and job involvement of clinical nursing teachers and investigated the predictive power of teachers' personal background variables on such, as well as the relationship between self-efficacy and job involvement.
