The IoT and registration of MRI brain diagnosis based on genetic algorithm and convolutional neural network

Abstract: The technology <span>of the multimodal brain image registration is the key method for accurate and rapid diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases. For achieving high-resolution image registration, a fast sub pixel registration algorithm is used based on single-step discrete wavelet transform (DWT) combined with phase convolution neural network (CNN) to classify the registration of brain tumors. In this work apply the genetic algorithm and CNN clasifcation in registration of magnetic resonance imaging (M… Show more

“…This model provided connectivity between the authorized user and the cloud environment. Ahmed et al [24] proposed an automatic IoT system for the detection and classification of brain MRI on the basis of DL and Arduino global system of mobile communication (GSM). The regression principle was applied to the MRI data through the adoption of a genetic algorithm.…”

“…IoT is especially common in industrial, transportation, and utility companies that use sensors and other IoT devices. It has, however, discovered application cases for firms in the home automation, agricultural and infrastructure sectors, driving some to digital evolution [66], [91], [98], [100], [166]- [170].…”
