The Investigation of Organochlorine Pesticide Contamination of some Sour Cream Samples from the Bihor County

Abstract: The present paper presents the comparative results of the organochlorine pesticide contamination of three types of sour cream having a fat content of 10%, 15% and 25%, gathered in two different periods of time, on the territory of the Bihor County.
