The Intravenous Administration of Mercury in Syphilis

Abstract: may be suffering from specific infection although no clue to it could be elicited in their history.The Wassermann reaction was positive and the sero-enzyme test for syphilis negative in 20 out of 115 cases, or 17.39 per cent. It is interesting to note that 9 cases of tuberculous condition, in Table 7 gave a positive Wassermann reaction which, though faint, was distinct.
