The Integrated Environment for Learning Objects Design and Storing in Semantic Web

Abstract: Abstract:There is a variety of tools and environments for Learning Objects (LOs) design and delivery as well as learning object repositories (LOR) but the researchers could not find a repository that includes both functions: creation and storing of LOs. A number of different integrated learning systems are suggested for users that demonstrate the variety of e-learning methods and semantic capabilities. LO repository oer.ndma.lt/lor, that we are going to present, is very friendly and interoperable to use and as… Show more

“…Moreover, Dagiene et al . proposed an integrated environment for the design and storage of LOs in the semantic web (Dagiene et al ., 2018). These authors adopted the categorization of LOs as a means to systematize and classify them according to their content and intended purpose, with the aim of supporting self-regulated learning and enhancing the efficacy of instructional strategies.…”

“…To create learning content appropriate to the needs of learners, as well as, individual characteristics of students and their different capabilities [13], as the primary purpose is to reused with more than one learner to reduce the cost and speed of recall without loss of information. These objects are characterized by reusability, accessibility, scalability, manageability, durability, interoperability and manageability [16]. Whereas from a technological perspective, it is based on an idea of object-oriented programming, which we could use it many times in multi situations.…”
