“…Since we only observed the two Q branches for this band, we shifted the J assignments for these two branches until we obtained a reasonable K-doubling constant p and rotational constant B for v = 2. In addition to lines from our experiments, we also included lines of the X 2 P 1/2 -X 2 P 3/2 transition from Fink et al [7] and the predicted infrared laser magnetic resonance lines (corresponding to the lines actually observed) from Gillett et al [9]. Because the absolute accuracy of the measurements of Fink et al is about ± 0.01 cm À1 [7], while ours is 0.001 cm À1 , we used strong TeD lines from our experiments to recalibrate their line positions onto our wavenumber scale.…”

“…In the fits for the five most abundant isotopologues of TeH, we included data from our experiments (1-0, 2-1, and 3-2 bands of the X 2 P 3/2 component, the 0-0 and 1-1 bands of the X 2 P 1/2 -X 2 P 3/2 transition), recalibrated data from Fink et al [7] (the 2-0 band of the X 2 P 3/2 component, the 0-0 and 1-1 bands of the X 2 P 1/2 -X 2 P 3/2 transition), and data from Gillett et al [9] (calculated lines matching the observations for the 1-0 and 2-1 bands of the X 2 P 3/2 component). Because we did not observe the 2-2 and 3-3 bands of the X 2 P 1/2 -X 2 P 3/2 transition for all the isotopologues of TeH, we cannot determine the spin-orbit constants and K-doubling constants for the v = 2 and 3 levels.…”
