The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between workaholism and organizational commitment of human service workers through job satisfaction. In order to achieve the research objectives, data from 189 persons obtained from the 17th Korean Labor and Income Panel Study (KLIPS) data were analyzed. Multiple regression analysis was carried out to analyze the data. As a result of the analysis, significance of the relationship between workaholism and organizational commitment of human service workers through job satisfaction was found. The results of the study are intended to provide basic data to improve the job satisfaction of female human service workers.
