Показано, що традиційні звукопоглинальні матеріали неефективні для зниження рівнів низькочастотного звуку та інфразвуку. Для нормалізації цих факторів потрібне розроблення спеціальних захисних конструкцій. Тому доцільне дослідження можливості розроблення як конкретних засобів захисту працюючих та населення від впливу низькочастотного звуку та інфразвуку у конкретних умовах, так і формування загальних засад забезпечення нормативних значень цих факторів. Розроблено вимоги до захисних конструкцій. Головними з них є: застосування звукоізоляційних конструкцій не повинне змінювати основні робочі параметри пристроїв або технологічних процесів; параметри звукоізоляційних конструкцій повинні забезпечувати достатній рівень захисту людей; технології виготовлення захисних конструкцій повинні бути економічно прийнятними. Надано розрахунковий апарат щодо визначення акустичного навантаження на середовище. Показано особливості і надано розрахунки щодо визначення навантаження на середовище низькочастотного звуку та інфразвуку. Надано функції щодо розрахунку параметрів захисних панелей резонансного типу для зниження рівнів низькочастотного звуку та інфразвуку. Недоліком таких конструкцій є налаштування на одну резонансну частоту. При цьому наголошено, що усі наведені співвідношення є емпіричними. Тому реальні показники щодо резонансної частоти за обраних параметрів конструкції можуть суттєво відрізнятися. Це вимагає забезпечення певної широкосмуговості захисної конструкції. Для забезпечення прийнятного захисту в області низьких та інфразвукових частот доцільна двошарова панель. Друга панель налаштовується на резонансну частоту, відмінну від першої. Ці частоти обираються за результатами натурних вимірювань і повинні мати найбільші амплітуди у визначеному діапазони частот. Внутрішня панель робиться перфорованою. Це знижує добротність коливальної системи та робить панель більш широкосмуговою. Проміжок між панелями доцільно заповнювати шумопоглинальними матеріалами, наприклад гранульованим пінополістиролом. Це забезпечує зниження рівня шуму в усьому звуковому діапазоні. Певними недоліками пропонованих конструкцій є необхідність конструювання для конкретних умов – розмірів приміщення, площі стіни тощо.

This paper reports a study into the possibility of using LED systems of ultraviolet radiation for air ionization and disinfection of air and indoor surfaces in the presence of people. It has been established that UV LED lamps with 120° opening angles have parameters under which radiation intensity does not exceed 30 J/m2 at distances of 2 meters. Based on experimental data, a methodology for designing the placement of lamps in the room was devised, which meets the requirements of the SBM-2015 standard and the European Directive 2006/25/EU. The use of LED emitters with a total intensity of up to 25 J/m2 increases the concentration of aero ions. The background concentrations were 140‒180 cm-3 (positive) and 160‒190 cm-3 (negative). The minimum permissible level is 500 cm-3. As a result of irradiation, the concentrations were 1100‒1460 cm-3 (positive) and 1260‒1470 cm-3 (negative). The influence of the recirculator-air purifier on the concentration of aero ions has not been established. The ionization process began immediately after turning on the irradiation systems in the entire volume of the premises (4‒5 meters from the source). The dynamic equilibrium of aero ion concentrations was established within 10‒15 minutes after the irradiation was switched on. The presence of a large number of people (up to 0.97 m2 per person) did not affect the concentration of aero ions. Under the combined effect of ultraviolet radiation and a recirculator-air purifier, the number of mold fungi colonies decreased by 20 times. Under the influence of only ultraviolet radiation – by 2.3 times. The decrease in the number of microbes under the combined effect was 1.6 times, and under the effect of only ultraviolet radiation – 2.8 times

One of the effective means of disinfecting premises is its irradiation with ultraviolet bactericidal radiation (UVBV), which is in the UV-C region (200 nm - 280 nm) and for mercury lamps has a radiation peak at a wavelength of 254 nm. However, UVBV should be used competently and with appropriate caution in terms of its intensity and safety, avoiding risks of damage to human skin and eyes. Therefore, UVBV is used indoors, mainly in the absence of a person. But when using sources of this type of optical radiation in the presence of a person, proper attention should be paid to controlling the intensity of UVBV and the time of its exposure. At the same time, it should be noted that the active processes of harmonization of the legislation of the EU and Ukraine require the modernization of the regulatory and methodological base for the measurement and hygienic assessment of ultraviolet radiation in the production environment and in the environment, significantly expanding the possibilities of using UVB sources, including in the presence of humans. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to create the basis for appropriate methodological recommendations for the use of bactericidal ultraviolet monochrome LED sources for disinfection of air and surfaces in rooms, as well as the formulation of appropriate requirements for UV radiometers, which should ensure control of the technical parameters of the mentioned ultraviolet monochrome LED sources. As a result of the research, scientific principles were proposed for the instrumental and methodical control of the safe use of bactericidal ultraviolet monochrome LED sources for the improvement of air and surfaces in premises of various purposes, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and the EU. The technical characteristics of the available UVBV LED sources were analyzed, based on which the medical and technical requirements for UV radiometers were formulated, which should ensure control of the intensity and actinic dose of UV radiation in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN 62471:2017 "Safety of photobiological lamps and lamp systems (EN 62471:2008 , IDT; IES 62471:2006, MOD)". Design approaches to the formation of the spectral range of RG sensitivity by using appropriate light filters, including for the blue light range (380-480 nm), have been determined. A technique for correcting the spectral characteristic of the RG sensitivity is proposed, which contributes to the reduction of the intensity measurement error created by different LED sources.
