The Covid-19 pandemic suffocated operations of organizations globally. Individually, employees were affected in the way they executed their daily duties. This paper attempted to assess the effect of occupational health and safety, work environment, organizational culture, transformational leadership and motivation on employee performance in the post Covid-19 pandemic among civil servants in Malawi. It’s a quantitative research method that has used saturation sampling technique to have a sample size of 170 respondents. Data was collected through an on-line structured questionnaire. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis through Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) program version 26. On the one hand, the research results show that occupational health and safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, similarly, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. On the other hand, organizational culture has no effect on employee performance among civil servants in Malawi. In the same vein, transformational leadership has no effect on employee performance and motivation has no effect on civil servants’ performance in the post Covid-19 pandemic Malawi. Most importantly, this study gives treasured insights into the features prompting employee performance in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic Malawi. The outcomes of this study guide organizations to understand the aspects of occupational health and safety, work environment, organizational culture, leadership style and motivation that contribute to improved employee performance during and after the pandemic in the public sector.

The objective of this research was to determine the transformational influence on teacher performance in I.E. Mariano Santos Mateo de Trujillo – 2023. A causal correlational descriptive design was carried out; sample: 55 participants, 71% women and 29% men. Study variables: Transformational Leadership (TL) and dimensions: idealized influence, inspiring motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration; Teacher Performance (DD) and dimensions: preparation for student learning, teaching for student learning, participation in school management articulated with the community, development of professionalism and teacher identity. Two Likert questionnaires were applied for each variable. It is verified with the Nagelkerke coefficient that LT influences 44.8% of the variation in DD. Teachers with medium transformational style, 75% regular performance and teachers who evidence high transformational style, 85.1% excellent performance. It is concluded: transformational leadership has a significant influence; on Student Learning Readiness chi square value 19.146 (sig <0.05); on Teaching for student learning with a chi square value of 19.319 (sig <0.05) and on School management participation linked to the community with a chi square value of 31.622 (sig <0.05).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the principal's transformational leadership on school performance, as mediated by teachers' work motivation at MTsN 1 Merangin. This study employs a quantitative method as well as explanatory research. Primary data is collected using questionnaires for three relevant variables, while secondary data is gathered from school records, textbooks, and periodicals. The sample employed in this study was non-probability purposive sampling, with a total of 51 teachers. Smart PLS v.3 software runs the PLS-SEM data analysis algorithms. This study found that the principal's transformative leadership had a considerable positive direct effect on teacher performance (coefficient 0.208, t-count 1.660, a standard deviation 0.126, p-value 0.045 < 0.05). It demonstrates that transformational principle leadership has a substantial impact on teacher performance. The principal's transformational leadership has a considerable direct and beneficial effect on teachers’ motivation (coefficient 0.675, t-count 12.979, a standard deviation 0.05, p-value 0.000 < 0.05. It indicates a significant effect of transformative leadership on teacher motivation. Next, there was a considerable beneficial direct influence of teachers' motivation on teacher performance (coefficient 0.634, t-count 5.574, a standard deviation 0.114, p-value 0.000 < 0.05). It indicates a statistically significant influence of teacher motivation on performance. Last, motivation can operate as a mediator (coefficient 0.428, standard deviation 0.087, t-count 4.888, p-value 0.000 < 0.05). motivation mediates transformational leadership to teacher performance. So, the school principal was encouraged to have more intellectual stimulation, care, and inspire teachers, as well as other indicators of transformational leadership, to boost teacher motivation and performance.
