The influence of thermal treatment on the properties of Co‐based magnetoelastic sensing elements

Abstract: PACS 75.50. Kj, 75.80.+q, 81.40.Vw Cobalt-based amorphous alloys (such us Co 68 Fe 4 B 13 Si 13.5 Mo 1.5 ) may be utilized in cores of magnetoelastic stress and force sensors.
