The influence of the norms of material and procedural law on the determination of civil jurisdiction of the case

Abstract: The article analyzes such a type of judicial jurisdiction as civil. The consequences of a judge's erroneous determination of the type of jurisdiction are noted. It is proposed to distinguish between civil jurisdiction in statics and dynamics. It is argued that subject and subject jurisdictions constitute the statics of the institution of jurisdiction.
