Since the 1990s, with the continuous advancement of urbanization, the proportion of urban population has gradually increased. There is a serious shortage of land resources, and people’s demand for underground space is increasing day by day. The construction of subway stations has developed into an inevitable trend in the future construction engineering industry, and it is also necessary to select the best solution from various solutions. The purpose of this paper is to study how to evaluate and analyze the economy of the deep foundation pit envelope structure of subway stations based on fuzzy logic, so as to choose the optimal and most economical plan. This paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy logic, which is a reasonable method for the classic evaluation index. The experimental results of this paper show that in 2015 about 8% of people chose to travel by subway. By 2020, 54.5% of people chose to travel by subway, an increase of 46.5% during this period. It can be seen that more and more people are willing to take the subway, and subway transportation is a public transportation mode with large transportation volume. It has obvious public welfare, and it can relieve the urban traffic pressure very well, so the investment in subway construction in various cities is also increasing.

Scholars often consider the deformation of a foundation pit retaining structure as a significant indicator of its stability. However, the current theoretical prediction formula for pit with pile–anchorretaining structure deformation is not yet perfect. This study utilizes a simplified spatial deformation model of a pile–anchorretaining structure and the principle of minimum potential energy to derive a prediction formula for the retaining structure’s spatial deformation. Afterwards, a numerical simulation model is developed based on actual engineering practices. On-site monitoring data is compared with the results of theoretical calculation formulas and numerical simulation models to validate their applicability. The research findings reveal minimal discrepancies between the theoretical calculation results, numerical simulation outcomes, and on-site monitoring data, indicating a high level of accuracy. Those three results follow consistent rules. The horizontal deformation curve of the crown beam exhibits a ‘V’-shaped distribution, and as the distance from the calculation point to the centerline of the foundation pit decreases, the horizontal deformation of the crown beam increases. The horizontal deformation curve of the pile displays a ‘V’-shaped distribution, and the pile’s horizontal deformation increases as the distance to the centerline of the foundation pit decreases. The research findings indicate that increasing the size and material strength of the crown beam and waist beam has only a limited effect on controlling the retaining structure’s deformation. However, by increasing the size and material strength of the pile, the deformation of the retaining structure can be significantly reduced.

Based on the TBM tunnel of Red Line of Tel Aviv in Israel, this paper carried out laboratory tests of shield cutting concrete and reinforced concrete piles and investigated cutting performance of cutter, failure model of rebars, length of damaged rebars, and cutter vibration. The results indicate that under the condition of low tunneling speed and rotating speed, vibration of the cutterhead is small, and vibration of the center cutterhead is more obvious in the radial direction of the cutterhead. Cross sections of broken rebars mainly consist of shear section, tensile-shear section, tensile-compressive section, and bending section. Considering the tunnel status, it is recommended to adopt excavation speed of 3∼5 mm/min, and rotating speed of 1.0∼1.3 r/min. While cutting RC piles, the principle of “low excavation speed, high rotating speed, and less disturbance” is recommended. Cutting with disc cutters is efficient and the torque of which is stable but the length of the rebars got from cutting varies a lot. It is recommended that majorities of the cutters shall be disc cutters and supplemented with drag bits and tear cutters.
