Tehnologija veriženja blokov v zadnjih letih postaja vedno bolj razširjenja in široko sprejeta med uporabniki. Trend se v obdobju digitalne preobrazbe seli tudi v poslovni svet. Procesi se preoblikujejo in pojavljajo se prve ideje, kako obstoječe notranje in medorganizacijske procese podpreti s tehnologijo veriženja blokov in v čim večji meri izkoristiti njene prednosti. V prispevku kratko opišemo pristope k modeliranju poslovnih procesov in podamo širši vpogled v tehnologijo veriženja blokov. Analizirano je pet področij in nekaj primerov priložnosti ali dejanske uporabe tehnologije veriženja blokov v poslovnem procesu. Da bi organizacijam olajšali proces digitalne preobrazbe in jim omogočili lažji prehod v okolje tehnologije veriženja blokov, je potrebno razviti orodje, ki bo avtomatiziralo transformacijo. Nekaj tovrstnih rešitev predstavljamo v prispevku. V zaključku so identificirane priložnosti, ki jih ponujajo prenovljeni poslovni procesi v kombinaciji s tehnologijo veriženja blokov.

IT governance calls for the definition and implementation of formal mechanisms at the highest level in the organization taking into account structures, processes and relational mechanisms for the creation of business value from IT investments. Several factors can influence IT Governance implementation success. Culture is one of these factors and the one this research will focus on. Seen as probably the most difficult factors to change since it is grounded on practices performed over time, it should receive special attention. This article aims to analyze how culture can influence IT Governance implementation of structure, process and relational mechanisms in the context of higher education. Ten case studies in universities from three different countries: Brazil, Portugal and Netherlands were carried out. The purpose is the identification of relevant differences in IT Governance implementation among organizations from the following cultures: uncertainty avoidance and individualism. This article concludes by presenting key contributions, limitations and future work.

The capability level assessment for governance of the Election Organizer Ethics Court Information System [SIPEPP]is necessary to ensure strategic planning alignment, value delivery, risk management, resources management, and performance measurement. SIPEPP implementation has many problems in the optimization of human resources because workload exceeds scope tasks, weak supervision management, and often data redundancy, so it is important to assess the level of ability to provide solutions to these problems. The purpose of this paper is to assess the current and expected capability level conditions, gap analysis and recommendations for SIPEPP good governance. This research method uses the Process Assessment Model (PAM) from Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 5) which consists of stages of initiation, planning the assessment, briefing, data collection, data validation, process attribute level, and result and recommendation. The results of this study indicate the level of optimization of resources and performance monitoring processes are level 2 (Managed Process) which means that the process has been recorded, measured and in accordance with the objectives. The process of managing human resources, assets and operations are at level 1 (Performed Process), meaning that both processes have been applied to SIPEPP governance. Recommendations related human resources are the selection of appropriate human resources by involving management, while related assets require a priority list of implementation systems, and related supervision requires detailed monitoring schedules. This study result can be used to evaluate and improve the quality of good governance in the implementation of SIPEPP.
