The Influence of National Fertility Policy Adjustment on the Change of Female Labor Market Participation Rate

Abstract

The population issue has always been the hot spot of our society. A series of population problems, such as aging population and insufficient labor force, force the country to constantly adjust the birth policy to improve the population structure and alleviate the pressure brought by the population problem to the country. In this context, the rate of female labor market participation has also changed significantly. This paper sorts out the relevant theoretical research on national maternity policy adjustment and affecting the participation of female labor market, analyzes the restriction factors of maternity policy adjustment on female labor market participation, studies the influence mechanism of maternity policy adjustment on female labor market participation, and puts forward targeted policy opinions.
