The Influence of Multi-Pass Friction Stir Processing on the Microstructure Evolution and Mechanical Properties of IS2062 Steel

Abstract: The motive of present work is to explore the variation in the material characteristics of steel upon multi-pass friction stir processing. Steel plates (IS2062) that were 3 mm thick, were subjected to friction stir processing in a multi-pass manner.
