The Influence of Leadership Style on Accountants’ Commitment with Enterprise: An Empirical Study on Vietnamese FDI Firms

Abstract: The research aims to examine the impact of leadership style on accountants" commitment with FDI firms in Vietnam based on theory of Bass and Avolio (2004).
