The Influence of Individual Set-Pieces in Elite Rink Hockey Match Outcomes

Abstract: The main objective of this study was to analyze the influence of individual set-pieces (Free Direct Hits and Penalties) in elite rink hockey match outcomes in different game situations. “…El porcentaje de efectividad en las faltas directas de los tres campeonatos analizados son superiores a los observados exclusivamente en las semifinales y finales de los campeonatos más importantes a nivel internacional (mundiales, europeos…) y a nivel nacional de España, Portugal e Italia (Copas del Rey, Play-off…), que fue del 27,8% (Arboix-Alió, Trabal, Hileno, et al, 2021).
