“…In this study, SEM was applied to validate the measurement model and analyze the causal effects of each constructs involved in the study. SEM is adopted in the areas of marketing (21), management (22,23), entrepreneurship (24), tourism (25)(26)(27), and business research (28)(29)(30). Specifically, this model is composed of two models: measurement and structural models.…”

“…Discriminant validity can be perceived at two angles in determining validity such as bivariate correlation and variation in measurement model. Bivariate correlation should be below 0.85 (25,34,36) to consider the constructs involved in a research model are free from the detrimental effects of multicollinearity problem. Moreover, the bold values in Table 2 show the square root of AVE and bivariate correlation.…”

“…All AVE is higher than 0.5, which confirmed the convergent validity for all constructs. The values in Figure 2 demonstrates the factor loading for all items is above 0.60, which showed the unidimensionality of the measures (Asnawi et al, 2019;Rahlin et al, 2019b;Majid et al, 2019). The following stage is to evaluate the discriminant validity of the latent constructs, which was made through the discriminant validity index summary, as appeared in Table 1.…”

“…In the healthcare context where contacts with clienteles are one of the core processes, satisfaction is critical for sustainability and profitability (Tenkorang, 2016;Xing et al, 2015). One of the main essentials defining customer satisfaction is the customer's perception of the service quality (Asnawi, Awang, Afthanorhan, Mohamad, and Karim, 2019). Client satisfaction is described as the result of a comparison of customers' expectations and his or her subsequent perceived performance of a service (Jiang and Zhang, 2016).…”
