This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value, (2) analyze company size on firm value, (3) analyze profitability on firm value, (4) analyze company size in moderating the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility towards Firm value (5) analyzes profitability in moderating the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and firm value. Firm value is influenced by Corporate Social Responsibility, company size, and profitability. This study uses Analysis Moderated Regression with SPSS for Windows 25.0. The sample in this study used eight pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using the annual report (annual report) with a span of 2014-2017. The results of the research obtained are (1) Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on firm value, (2) Firm size has a significant positive effect on firm value, (3) Profitability has a significant negative effect on firm value, (4) Firm size is unable to moderate the relationship. between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and company value, (5) Profitability is not able to moderate the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and firm value. The findings of this study are expected to be able to provide an understanding that companies are more open to social and environmental responsibility information with more updated measurements and are based on GRI 4. Then companies need to also look at technical fundamentals, meaning that they look more at the long-term side and not only the short-term side in increasing company value

This research finds out how profitability plays to the firm value, both as a factor that directly affects and also as a factor that can mediate the structure of capital, the growth of the company and the size of the company to the value of the company. The research population is a food and beverage sub-sector company registered in the IDX Period 2015-2019. Using the purposive sampling method, the research sample used 12 companies and there were 60 observed data. This study used regression analysis of panel 2 SLS data. Results show GLS (Generalized Least Square) with Random Effect Model as the best estimates model. Results showed that profitability affects the value of the company while the capital structure, company’s growth and size have no effect on the firm value. Profitability can mediate the influence of capital structure and size on the firm value, but profitability does not mediate the influence of a company's growth on the firm value.

This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, capital structure, and firm size on the valuation of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2015-2020. The research population comprises all pharmaceutical firms listed during this period, totaling eight companies. Employing a saturated sampling technique, the study utilizes all eight companies as its sample. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results reveal that profitability, proxied by Return On Asset (ROA), capital structure, proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and firm size, proxied by Total Assets, exert a positive and significant impact on company valuation, measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), with a substantial explanatory power of 73%, leaving 27% of the variation unaccounted for by the variables examined in this study. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the determinants of pharmaceutical company valuation and have implications for investors, policymakers, and researchers in the global pharmaceutical industry.Highlights : This study investigates the impact of profitability, capital structure, and firm size on the valuation of pharmaceutical firms in the Indonesian stock market from 2015 to 2020. The research utilizes a saturated sampling technique, including all eight pharmaceutical companies listed during the study period. Findings reveal a significant positive relationship between profitability, capital structure, firm size, and company valuation, shedding light on critical factors influencing pharmaceutical company performance in the global market.
